this is a tough lesson for me… so many rules and a bit confuse on when should i use word has/ was/ will/ is/ had… please correct me if i’m wrong my sentences is as below:
Past tense - Aly wrote a letter / A letter is written by Aly
Past perfect - Aly had written a book / A book had been written by Aly
Past continuous - Aly was writing a book / A book was being written by Aly
Present tense - Aly writes a letter / A letter is written by Aly
Present perfect - Aly has written a book/ A book has been written by Aly
Present continuous - Aly has been writing a book / A book has been being written by Aly
Future tense - Aly will write a book / A book will be written by Aly

You meed full stops at the end of all your sentences. Your understanding of changes to the passive tense seems to be pretty good on the whole. The mistakes you tend to make are with plurals, etc.
My corrections take account of the structure of the original questions.

active: shut the door.
passive: The door [color=blue]must be shut.
Because I learned that " must be " is the auxiliary verb to be in the command passive sentences.
