Can “health” also be used as a plural noun : “Our children’s health is/are good.” ?
Our children’s health is good (because even though children is plural, you are considered to have combined the health of all your children into one within your statement).
The normal form to express that idea would be:
Our children are all (or ‘both’ if speaking about 2 children) healthy.
