Hello
I would like to know if you can say:
I had a meeting with other person
or
I had a meeting with another person.
Are both correct? If so, what’s the difference bewteen them?
Cheers

Other person needs an article-- either the other person or another person (the indefinite article an has been attached to other somewhere back in its history).
The articles work just as they do elsewhere:
The other person – a specific or previously mentioned person.
Another person – no specific person; a newly-mentioned person.
