Hi,
I am doing some exercises in the site and here is a question that I am confused.

My choice: The sales clerk is holding a red shoe in her hand.
The key: One of the woman is carrying a white bag

I don’t know why my answer is wrong. Please help.

To add to Torsten’s explanation: we know that the woman is a customer rather than the sales clerk because she is wearing a coat and she has a handbag on her shoulder (a sales clerk would not have a coat on or carry a handbag when she was serving).
