Are these sentences correct:

1-He told us that all of the boxes were in the lorry. We looked and we we noticed that a box wasn’t in the lorry.

[color=blue]2-He told us that all of the boxes were in the lorry. We looked and we we noticed that one box wasn’t in the lorry.

[color=indigo]3-He told us that all of the boxes were in the lorry. We looked and we we noticed that a there was a box that wasn’t in the lorry.

Yes, they are. They don’t sound very natural with the repetition of ‘box’ and
‘lorry’ though.
The usual sentence would be
We looked and noticed that one had been left out.
