"on the forum" vs. "in the forum"

Hello

Could anyone please tell me the difference between:

1- See you on the forum!
2- See you in the forum!

1- Have difficulty logging in on the forum.
2- Have difficulty logging on the forum.
3- Have difficulty logging in the forum.

Tom

I asked the same question some time ago  :

‘in’ or ‘on’ the forum?

Hi Tom

I think both sentences 2 + 3 are missing a preposition.

Ms Google also finds the following combinations:

  • Have difficulty logging in to the forum.
  • Have difficulty logging into the forum.

Many thanks, Conchita and Amy!

What about the question no: 1?

Waiting…

Hi Tom

Personally, I’d probably say (write) “See you in the forum”.
