OK... fine ... I'll see you at 3 o'clock

Hi!

A: Do you want to speak to Frankie? … He says yes. He’d like to speak to you.
B: Hello, Peter … yes … a meeting … tomorrow? Oh, what time? 3 o’clock, Well, that’s fine.
where? … In your office? OK… fine … I’ll see you at 3 o’clock. Bye. ←

1- What does “That’s fine” means here? That’s good OR I agree?

2- What does “fine” mean in this dialogue? ←

Thank you

You nailed it.
Both cases just mean general agreement. “That’s” is just referring back to “3:00”, which is what they’re agreeing to. Any of these would work:

Fine
That’s fine
Sounds good
Okay
OK
Great

I am certainly not going to meet you at two o’clock this afternoon and that should be fine with you, even if you find it hard to take ‘no’ for an answer.
