oil leakage vs. oil leak

Hello, how are you? I have a question on filling the blanks below.

A: What can I do for you?
B: I have an ______ _______. Can you check what’s wrong?

The answer is “oil leak”. How about oil leakage? If it’s possible, which one is more natural and why is that?

Thanks in advance,
sweetpumpkin

‘Oil leakage’ does not fit because it in uncountable. And it is not a natural choice for a small leak.

Thank you, MM. I looked up some dictionaries and they says leakage can be used countable. Would you let me know when it is used that way? Leakages or a leakage. Thanks in advance!

I haven’t seen it used countably.

I’ve seen leakage used countablye when referring to a number of separate leakages.

That pipeline needs replacing. There have been several gas leakages over the past month.
