Oh, what have I left for the doctor to check?

:blossom: In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful. :blossom:

Hi!

Check-up

A: Oh, what have I left for the doctor to check? ←
B: Well, he should check your heart. ←
A: What else does the doctor check?
B: Check your lungs. ←
A: My lungs. Where are my lungs?

What does “check” mean in these three sentences?

Does it mean “examine” OR check means check and nothing else?

Thank you
