I would like to take my off in lieu of 2Feb tomorrow.
I would like to take my off day in lieu of 2Feb tomorrow.

Which is right? Can i use “off” on its own? Thanks

I would like to take my day off tomorrow in lieu of 2nd February.

To me, an ‘off day’ is a day where everything goes wrong.

So if there are 3 days. I just say “…take 3 days off in
Lieu of…”? So “off” cant be a noun on its own?

Yes - ‘take 3 days off in lieu’ is fine.
