Hello,
I have two questions:
-
What’s the comma above the word [O’]==>O’clock?
-
Suppose that the time is 2:00P.M.===> It’s two o’clock. Can I omit the word “o’clock”? I mean can I just say “It’s two”? (without "o’clock)
Thank you

It is an apostrophe, used to form a contraction. - the entire phrase was “of the clock”.
Yes, it’s two, it’s two pm, or it’s two o’clock are all fine.
Understood. Thank you.
