Question: Is it better to enjoy your money when you earn it or is it better to save your money for some time in the future? Use specific reasons and examples to support your opinion.
People spend a great deal of their lives pursuing happiness. Arguably, money is considered to be an important factor to live a pleasant life. Some people tend to save money for future while others spend it as soon as they get it. I believe that the purpose of making money is to have a better life. Life is very short and we should enjoy it while we can.
Money is there to spend, not to save. In order to live an enjoyable life, we should use money day by day and avoid unnecessary saving. People who save most of their money, actually waste their days struggling to make more and more of it. Then, they find it very hard to spend it because they are not used to do that. They forget about the simple fact that making money is nonsense unless it is used to enhance the daily life.
Nobody can deny that life is very short. We should live each day as if it is the last one. We spend many years studying at school, seeking for a job and making our own families. If we postpone spending our money for a later time, we miss the most important part of our life.
People should enjoy life while they can. Usually, life pleasures are age-related. For example, kids enjoy watching cartons; teens may prefer video games; adults like to involve in adventures while elderlies are fond of travelling. Thus, we should not curb our desires only because we want to save money because we won’t be able to go back on time to satisfy these desires.
In my opinion, we should understand that money is only a tool to achieve goals. We should not waste our short life in saving money. Instead, we should use it to live an enjoyable life.
Hi, I thought your essay was very good. Your writing is extremely natural, with only a few minor grammatical errors. Your vocabulary is a bit basic, but you have used all of your words correctly. You have addressed the prompt well, but it might be more effective to use more specific and vivid examples; this essay seemed sort of generic to me with a lot of generalities and platitudes. Still, good writing, I would rate it a 4.5 out of 5.
