Need help with phrase: "I'll do the rest"

  1. “I’ll do the rest.” ( is “rest” correct?) like in :I’ll do the rest of it.

  2. “If you’d only listen to me, we could’ve …( is “listen” the correct verb tense” cause i think if it was “you had” then the verb would be “listened” but if it was “you would” then the verb would be “listen” )

  1. Yes, your sentences are fine.

  2. Yes, your sentence would be better with ‘listened’ (conditional, in the past):
    If you’d only listened to me, we could’ve (done)…
    'd = had

You can also say this (conditional, refers to willingness in the future):
If you’d only listen to me, we could (do)…
'd = would

Your original sentence might be OK as a so-called “mixed conditional”, but you would need to provide a lot of additional context to justify it.
