Hi, I think this was very good. Your pronunciation is clear and very easy to understand. I think it was just a little repetitive near the end, like you didn’t have enough to say. Also, it is weird to hear you say “I quiet down” “Quiet down” means stop talking or screaming. So “it gives me a sense of peace” would be better in this context.
‘I quieten down’ would be okay, at least in the UK.

I think three reasons are probably enough, but you need to expand each reason a little bit. You could talk about how the colors can mix together and explain in detail how the various colors can express your many moods - blue for sad, yellow for happy maybe. Then you could add the things that your pictures can express, a sense of peace, or excitement, or a dream you have, or a place you want to visit. Then go into more detail about why painting calms you down, is it slowly moving your brush to apply the paint, or being able to show your stress on the canvas, or to just stop thinking altogether and lose yourself in the painting process? Also, remember that you are always able to make things up. The grader does not know who you are, so sometimes it is easier to imagine examples than to give actual ones.
