Much/more (The much/most youngest children)

We can say: Much younger children. (1)
What is the differnce btw (1) and : More younger children?

So, what is right:

a.The much youngest children.

b.The most youngest children.

Both are correct? If both are correct, please tell me the difference btw (a) and (b).

Both (a) and (b) are incorrect.

“More younger children” can only mean “additional younger children”. In other words, if that’s not exactly what you mean, this construction would also be incorrect.
