Movies are among the most popular means of entertainment nowadays. There are some following reasons accounting for this popularity of movies.
First of all, movies are an interesting kinds of recreation. Not only are they in expensive but they are also very exciting, especially when it holds your breath to wait for what will happen in the next episode. There are numerous kinds of movies which are suitable different tastes, namely feature films, horror films, science fiction films and so forth. Children , in the main, are absorbed in cartoons while adults are interested in actions films or feature films. Young couple have a tendency to choose cinema as an ideally dating place to watch romantic films together. Comedy movies bring us a great deal of laughter while documentary ones provide us with background knowledge. Undoubtedly, movies relax us a lot.
More importantly, movies have educational meanings. Movies tell us about real life which we have not possibly wholly experienced. From them, we learn to face up to the reality and manage to overcome difficulties. Characters in movies teach us the great lessons of bravery, kindness and strong wills, etc, which enables us to live a better life. What is more, no matter what kinds of movies are, they have a happy ending in the end in common.
