Hi, I came across the sentence which is ambiguous because of ‘möglich’. It’s about German libraries during COVID-19 pandemic.
Wo Korb oder Einkaufswagen nicht möglich, (manueller) Besucherzähler an der Eingangstür, um Besucherzahl festzustellen.
Does ‘möglich’ mean that baskets and trolleys aren’t available at that moment because they are still in use?

It means ‘where it is not possible to implement the rule that each user is only allowed into the building if they use a shopping basket or a shopping cart the users currently allowed into the building need to be counted manually’.
