Which one is correct at the bold part?
I assume this is the name of a government department responsible for transportation of goods by ship? If so, it should normally be capitalised as “Ministry of Water Transport(ation)”. The only way to tell whether “Transport” or “Transportation” is correct is to look at the ministry’s official literature, or look at how major newspapers or news agencies style the name.
