Cleavage is above the breasts, while midriff is below the breasts, so 2 and 3 don’t really make sense.

In number 1, the singular/plurals don’t match. One option is “Most South Indian women wear blouses showing their bare midriffs.”

#4 sounds odd to me - maybe “He lost weight around his midriff, so no more big belly.”
