Meaning of "Up a hundred and fifty grand"

Again, i’m here and here are some english phrases that I failed to comprehend.

CARTER:
I’m up a hundred and fifty-grand.
That’s a Ferrari. Do they sell those
here in the gift shop? Somebody cash me
out!

Pls. be patient with me, guys. I’m pretty new to english. Thanks.

Up a hundred and fifty grand means I’ve won a hundred and fifty thousand (dollars?). Cash me out means let me have my money.
