Turn of the century houses? means at the end or at the beginning of the century?

hah, turn of the century not centuty means at the start of a new one. Such as if you have a house made in the 20th century then the 21century comes and a friend gets his house built as soon as the 21st century starts, his house was made at the turn of the century. In simple terms yes you are correct the turn of a century means when one ends and a new one beings.
