Meaning of 'talk about you'

Hello!

E.X. Maybe next time we?ll talk about you.

1.- Is this sentence used correctly to mean
“We don?t know if we?ll talk about you,
but perhaps we do”

2.- I am not sure of that “Talk about you”.
I mean “to talk about someone?s life…”

Thank you very much!
Jes?s

Hi Jesus1,

You asked:

By the way it’s best to write the word example rather than E.X. to avoid confusion.

In 1 your sentence is correct in the sense of: Possibly we will/possibly we won’t talk about you next time.

In 2 talk about you suggests you will be the subject of our next conversation/discussion. I can see this being used in a business sense where the idea is that your future/position/prospects wll be discussed.
