After reading this explanation of “Relation of PP o brim”, I still can’t get the idea. Can anybody tell me what it’s talking about?

The presenting part of the baby will be in the cervix uteri, Apo. As I see it, the PP stands for a head of a baby (or in some cases legs of …)
This means 'the part of the baby (usually the head, but sometimes the bottom or even the feet) that is in the mother’s cervix (neck of the womb) – the baby has to go through the cervix to enter the birth canal. The part of the baby that is closest to the cervix is also called ‘presentation’ or ‘presenting part’.
