This verb form “jeopardy” is unavailable in standard dictionaries. The availability of its verb forms are “jeopardise” and “jeopardize”. Could you please verify this matter?

I found this verb “jeopardy” in Question 3 when I was doing TOEIC prep test Test # TOEIC/M106.

‘Jeopardy’ is a noun.
The correct forms should be ‘jeopardise/jeopardize’.
