Meaning of 'I was born on a mountainside'

From dialogue in Prison Break Season 4 Episode 11, between T-bag and Gretchen, whose dress in schoolgirl make T-bag looked with fixed eyes and said

T-BAG: I was born on a mountainside.

Grethen: Just keep both hands on the camera.

Also prior to that, while Gretchen was dressing in the room before showing up in schoolgirl dress, they talked about why she had to do this.

T-BAG: Look, what we must do is make sure that cosmic justice rains down upon him, for once we obtain the good general’s card, there ain’t hardly nothing standing in between us and Mr. Feng’s $125 million.

There are two questions,

  1. What’s the meaning of ‘cosmic justice rains down upon someone’ ?

  2. What’s the meaning of ‘I was born on a mountainside’ ? (Kind of exclaimation?)

I’d appreciate clearer explanations.

well, no one answered to this one so far, maybe because they couldn’t understand the context of such sentences, or maybe they thought it’s related to some kind of porns  (easily guessed from Gretchen’s words - keep both hands on the camera…)… anyways, I think T-bag said “I was born on a mountainside” to express that Gretchen is so beautiful because he was “born on a mountainside” where no one could be seen. In other words, he never saw a woman like that.

ah, another line: cosmic justice rains down upon him… I think it just means as it says… “cosmic justice” means “justice that can’t be changed (?) or the real justice”. If we say “let’s make sure justice rains down upon him”, it would mean he (the general - maybe the bad guy) should be judged/punished by the justice…

Finally!!

Thanks a bunch, Macgyver, for your kind explanations to both of my queries. They just make senses to the context.

In fact, I think you should’ve heard about this hit series, Prison Break. The leading character, Michael Scofield are as smart as ‘Macgyver’, if not smarter. Ha ha ha.
