Meaning of "down cold"

Hi,

I’ve come across this phase:

If he had his act down cold, he’d have walked right past the mailman (instead of killing him).

What’s the meaning of “had his act down cold”?
Is it the same as “had his act down pat”, or “had a good command of his act”?

Thanks!

yes, you’ve got it.

Cheers!
