Are you Jamaican, cause Jamaican me crazy?

Can someone please tell me what the above line means? It’s the top chatup/pickup line as per a survey.

This is what I could make out, “Are you Jamaican, cause you making me crazy?” Am I right?

Yes, I’d say you’ve got the “you making” part exactly right.

By the way, I think “chat up” may still be more British than American. (I don’t hear it here.)

I know chat up is British and pick up is American. That’s why I included them both to get my question across to the people on both sides of the pond :slight_smile:
