I have so many problem in english , here are some . . .

  1. Can ‘mean’ have the meaning ‘rude’ ? Example : you mean !

  2. What’s the difference between change and alter ?

  1. “mean” means cruel or unkind and also stingy(a person who is stingy doesn’t want to spend money).

  2. change means to make someone or something different.
    alter (especially written) means to change something or someone so that it is better or more suitable
