The short answer is no, “McLellan Associates” is just the name of the law company.

The long answer is in law firms, a partner owns a share of the firm, while an associate just works for the firm and earns a salary. So here I bet the owner is Ms. McLellan and she has several associates who work for her. Another name for her company in this situation might be “McLellan and Company”. If she had two partners, it might be called “McLellan, Walker, and Smith”
