Many people say that the only way to guarantee getting a good job is to complete a course of university education. Others claim that it is better to start work after school and gain experience in the world of work.
How far do you agree or disagree with the above views?
There are a variety of reasons why many people are in favour of working after school. For instance, there are considerable number of shrewd businessmen and businesswomen who graduated merely from high school exist in the real business life.
The problem with going to university is that students waste time about four years or maybe more instead of gaining experience in real business life. Most of the high school graduated students are forced into go university in order to improve their skills on one specific subject. However, according to some polls the number of unemployed people who has a bachelor degree increasing gradually in recent decades.
As well as gaining experience earlier than the university students, to earn and to save money is another issue. If one begins to work after school, it might be easy to indicate the future plans. Moreover, the venture for the future would be more plausible owing to be in real business life and have more experince than the university graduates.
On the other hand, the university students think that the bachelor degree is not enough to be a high qualified person for employers to get a good job so in recent decades they prefer to continue their career with post graduate programs. For example, all the job advertisement indicates that a bachelor degree from a good university is required and a post graduate degrees will be an asset.
To sum up, although most people claims that the university graduated people can find a good job, in my view, sometimes it might be an asset is not accurate that university graduates find a good job.
