lots of shoe

Hi,
“I fancy the Clarets to win … because I think they will be 'up and at ‘em’. It will be a real east Lancashire welcome. A case of ‘have some of this - lots of shoe’. “

–Didn’t find anything on ‘lots of shoe’ or any idiom referring to ‘shoe’ beyond its conventional meanings. How would you decipher the espression?

What about ‘fancy footwork’?

Sounds great in the context.
Thank you.
