(looking forward to) + infinitive?

Hi, I have now seen a couple of native speakers use the following construction: look forward to + infinitive as in this example:

‘thanks, looking forward to see how it goes my buyers are interested’.

Is it possible that this construction has now become acceptable?

Many thanks,

Not to me!

(Also, something else has gone wrong with that sentence. Maybe some words have been lost and it has been garbled, or maybe it is just lacking a full stop after “goes”.)

Yes, it was typed quickly in a text chat program.[YSaerTTEW443543]

In that case I guess many things can be forgiven…
