I’d like to ask if the phrase “list of used literature” sounds good as a title of the section in a thesis.
In my country, when a student writes a thesis there is a section in his/her work that contains only a list of books the student used while writing the thesis. Is it correct to call this section “list of used literature” or is there a more appropriate term?

You can say “List of literature used” to mean something similar to “This is the list of literature that was used in my thesis”. As a title you could also simply say “Literature used”.
However, if you reverse the word order and say “List of used literature”, the meaning of the word ‘used’ changes to ‘second-hand’ (i.e. previously owned/not brand new)!
Instead of “Literature used”, you could use these:
