That’s a typical ‘subject/verb agreement’ question to which is there no perfect answer. For me, the sentence is above is fine.

Grammatically it’s correct but you probably won’t anyone say this. How about this instead:
Let’s sit down.

Fine by me.

I agree with @Torsten.

  1. You could say: Let’s take our seats.

3 & 4 are the same. Not sure if 4 is supposed to be different.

  1. I would say: They all shook their heads.
