They are all correct, but omit the brackets in the second and third sentence. So, this tells you which one of these sentences is the correct one.

My version of the fourth one would be: ‘For example, let’s draw a dog.’ It’s more natural and more commonly used by native speakers of English. It immediately focuses on what you want to do.

By the way: ‘Let’s draw a character, for example a dog’. is grammatically correct to convey the idea of what you want to sketch or draw. The dog is an illustrative example.
