I am not sure whether or not the driver can drop off the missing item sometimes today. I figured maybe the driver will take a route back to the warehouse that will pass our store or a route which is not too far from our store. That way he can deliver the missing item to us.
I am not sure whether or not the driver can re-deliver the missing item sometimes today. I am not sure what direction the driver headed after he drop off the the order. Maybe the driver will drive back to the warehouse by using a route that will pass our store or a route that will not be too far from our store. If that’s the case, he can re-deliver it. ( can I say that’s the case?).

Did I phrase the above sentences/paragraphs correctly? Please advise.
I am not sure if the driver can drop off the missing item today. I was thinking that maybe the driver will take a route back to the warehouse that passes by our store or a route that is not too far from our store. That way he can deliver the missing item to us.
I am not sure if the driver will be able to deliver the missing item today. I am not sure which way the driver went after dropping off the order. Perhaps the driver will return to the warehouse using a route that passes our store or a route that is not too far from our store. If that’s the case, he can deliver it again.
