Dear Sir/Madam,
I have currently enrolled myself in the 2nd batch of weekly English class that runs over a period of 12 week in your institution. Unfortunately, last night my father met with an accident and has injured his head severely.
We are moving him to a renowned Hospital in Mysore, which is also my native.
I regret to inform that due to this unforeseen event, I have to return home and hence I will not be able to attend the class for sometime. Considering my situation, I was hoping if you can tell me
whether I will be allowed to join this class after a month. I understand it will be difficult to cope with the teachings, but I think with some help and dedication I will be able to make up for my lost classes.
On the other hand, if there are no such exemptions possible, I would request you to refund the tuition fee.
I hope you'll consider the same and kindly oblige.
