* Explain why you are not satisfied with your holiday
* Tell them what you would like them to do
Dear Sir/Madam,
I’m hereby writing to you to express my disappointment with the arrangements that was made by your agency for my 5days trip to Goa which started from May 1st.
To begin with, the driver assigned from your agency for my trip was very disappointing to deal with as he was trying to pick up a fight on every possible instances and forced me to pay for toll and petrol. This left me with a bitter holiday experience.
I believe as per the policy the money was already fully paid to the agency and I was not to be charged additionally. I can see this was violated and so I’m hereby producing all those bills to you.
I’m requesting you to please reimburse the bills as per your travel policy to the earliest. Also I urge you to take some serious actions against the driver.
I'm looking forward to your immediate actions in this regard.
