Yes, that sounds fine. I think, not quite sure, that picking up refers specifically to a rebound, as implied by the again.
I would so use “so” instead of “and,” and “actually” does not sound quite right bearing in mind that this is a repeated event rather than the surprise implied, I think, by “actually”. “Yes, it’s picking up again so I am really thinking about selling my car this time.”
Reading the sentence again with your correction it makes perfect sense. Thank you very much for your support .
