If it hadn’t been for Cotton-Eye Joe
I’ld been married long time ago
Does it mean If it hadn’t been for Cotton-Eye Joe I would have been married long time ago ?
Is would have been OK here or should it just be would have married?

I suspect that it means that, but the initial sentence is incorrect. “I’d” means “I had,” which doesn’t make sense there.
Either of your options is correct, however.
“I’d” also means “I would,” by the way, but that alone also doesn’t make that initial sentence work, either.
