is this sentense correct ??

she has been blessed with a baby boy today.

if someone has delivered a baby today …

When you say ‘someone has delivered a baby’ that makes me think of the doctor, nurse, midwife or other person who assisted in the birth process, rather than the person who had the baby.

‘She has been blessed with a baby boy/girl today’ is a correct sentence is you are referring to the mother who gave birth to the baby.
Alternatively,
‘They have been blessed…’ when speaking of both parents or a larger family.
