Is this appropriate to paraphrase ?

I leave home at seven fifty. -> I went home out at seven fifty.

“went home out” doesn’t work and you also changed the tense from simple present to simple past. You can say: “I usually go to work at seven fifty.”[YSaerTTEW443543]

That has a very different meaning and still need some correction. It won’t work, especially as a paraphrase of the original.

I usually go to my office at seven fifty.

If it’s a present perfect you should to say: I have left home at seven fifty
