Is there any difference between barron's 15th edition and the 2008 edition?

I just have the barron’s 15th edition without the CD and is it good enough compared to the 2008 edition? What are the contents of the barron’s CD and should i get one? :roll:

The wordlist is 99.9% same, a couple a words added for every 5 lists or so. Rest no idea.
