Is "Did I told you" correct?

We know that told is the past participle of tell…So when questioning something in past, is this the correct usage?

Did I told you?
And if it is wrong ,What makes "Have i told you " correct?

After ‘do’ (Present) and ‘did’ (Past) you need the infinitive form in the following verb as in:

She did not understand
Did she understand?

He doesn’t understand.
Does she understand?

what is difference between should have and would have?

I think when we want to give opinion we use “should have” and
when we want to give advice we use “would have” or “could have”.
