Interpretation of sentences

If I win the lottery, I will buy a car.
If I won the lottery, I would buy a car.

  1. Does the first sentence suggest that I have hope of winning the lottery?

  2. Does the second sentence imply that I think I have no or little chance of winning the lottery?

Thanks
