Installation is complete

Hi

A program has been being installed on a system, and now the installation is finished and the program alerts a success message.

1- Which is grammatically correct?

A- Installation is complete!
B- The installation is complete!
C- Instalation Complete!
D- The Instalation Complete!
E- Installatio is completed!
F- The installation is completed!

2- Do we really need definite article “The” here?

3- Is it correct to use the exclamation mark (!) here?

Thank you

This is a special use of language so different rules apply. In many of these cases I think anything goes. The company can word it any way they want.

Also notice that “Installation Complete” uses an upper case ‘C’, and “Installation completed” uses lower case. Again, it’s up to the company. Although personally I think upper case should be used. It’s similar to a book or movie title where everything is upper case. Aesthetically it looks better.

In this usage, I would not use the article. It’s a clean short message, not a proper sentence. In a proper sentence, it would need an article.

The exclamation point is fine. That’s about marketing, not grammar.

The only true error I caught is "Meridium SSRS have has been sucessfully installed.
