“inspite” should be considered incorrect in as many possible ways as possible. I’d suggesting using either “in spite of” or “despite” as the beginning of a concession phrase.
How about these, William:
In spite of the fact that you have been told your questions are too general and you should use a dictionary, you continue to ask in the same form.

As Saberlily points out, the single word ‘inspite’ does not exist.
