I would like to put in question the use of : in; on; at; by; to; for… sometimes causes some doubts.
I believe there are some simple and easy rule.
Someone can help me with some examples?

These are the most common prepositions in the English language, Hensiq, and they all have a multitude of uses, so there are no simple rules. Here are the dictionary entries for ‘to’ and ‘for’ alone:

When I asked about simple rule I thought that the meaning of one preposition, for example “to” should serve to several expressions, at the same time, like in my mother tongue, Portuguese - Brazilian. (If you want, I can mention a few examples, in Portuguese-Brazilian).
About your examples, few of them, I already knew, but it’s very long the list and I’m thankful for you help me improve my vocabulary.
I would like to know few examples from others prepositions, that I sent: in; on; at and by. (Please be a smaller number of examples. You already sent me a lot and I’ve have a lot to study !.. 
I think so, we would get a big advantage if we could add a chat to these examples you sent. Like experience, I could talk with friends from here of same level of me.
