"in my age ' or "at my age"

Hello, can anybody tell me the correct expression for this?

I have a friend who got divorced at my age.

I have a friend who got divorced in my age.

which is correct? I want to say that my friend got divorced at the age of 30 (which is my age now). thanks…

‘At my age’ suggesting when he was the age I am now, is what you need.
