These are definitely not correct:
C, D,

For the others, it really depends on exactly what meaning you wish to convey. For most situations, I would tend to use ‘are not in accordance with’.

By the way, you have punctuation spacing errors throughout your writing. A space follows a full stop, question mark, comma, etc.
It doesn’t precede them.
